FESTINS!

Pre-order something special.

If you give us a little notice, we can cook up something a bit different for you and your guests.
Something like….

HUÎTRES

Six Menai Oysters either served cold with tabasco and a shallot & red wine
vinaigrette or poached, then baked in their shells with spinach and a cheese sauce
with grated Gruyère.

12.00 per person and an ideal excuse to polish off a chilled bottle of Muscadet.

CHÂTEAUBRIAND

The head of a beef fillet, served medium-rare, carved at the table and accompanied with roasted vine tomatoes, Sauce Bèarnaise and a red wine jus.

…which would go very nicely with any of our Clarets.
30.00 per person.

GIGOT D’AGNEAU

Boned and rolled leg of Welsh lamb studded with rosemary and garlic, roasted to your
specifications and served with
boulangère potatoes.

24.00 per person
Not to put ideas into your head but the Vacqueyras or the Gigondas would be sensational with this.

HOMARD

Local lobster.  Either enjoy this magnificent beast dressed and served cold with
salad and mayonnaise or served hot with a Thermidor sauce.

The price for this chap depends on his size, but we’ll let you know the day before.
A bottle of Picpoul de Pinet would do this justice, I think.
